Q: How long is each training session? 

A: Training session length can vary based on your individual program goals. On average each session will run approximately 1 hour. If needed I can always adjust session length according to your preference. 

Q: Do I need my own equipment for any of your services?

A: The only service you will need your own equipment for is the Create-A-Program service. This program can be customized for your current home equipment or the equipment in your gym.

Q: What type of equipment do you use in your mobile training?

A: I have just about everything aside from a barbell and a squat rack. I use adjustable kettlebells, adjustable dumbbells, TRX suspension training, battle ropes, resistance bands, slider discs, sandbag resistance, soft medicine balls, steppers, etc.

Q: Are you certified and insured? 

A: Yes, I am certified and hold an insurance policy through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am more than happy to provide proof of certification and insurance if needed.

 

Q: What size room will I need for training?

A: I can work with nearly any size space, which I assess and prepare for during your initial consultation. For example I have trained individuals in their den, basement, spare rooms, living rooms, and backyards.
